Seth McFarlane wont have to worry about being bored for while. He signed a $100 million dollar deal with Fox in May and he has now teamed up with Google to create 50 two-minute animated series that will only be available on the internet.
The show is called “Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy” and it will be coming to monitors and laptops in September.
McFarlane said the show is an "animated versions of the one-frame cartoons you might see in The New Yorker, only edgier."
Using AdSense, Google plans to advertise content from the "Cavalcade" show to certain websites. Normally those that fits their viewer audience, typically young men/adults.
Google nor MacFarlane would reveal any of the advertisers but they did say that the deals were among AdSense’s largest ever.

Live Nation Also Recruits Nickelback

With their already stacked roster of A1 starters, Live Nation added one more powerhouse to the line up. Just after signing Shakira last week for an undisclosed amount, Live Nation announced yesterday that they have now signed Nickelback.
The Canadian rock band Nickelback, whose last album sold 10 million copies, signed a three-album deal, a three-tour deal and merchandising deal with Live Nation worth around $50 - $70 million dollars.
However, the band still has two albums and a greastest hits package left with their first label, Road Runner. Some said this deal was risky seeing that their record sales may fall.

Usher & Junior On Essence

Heres a bit of the article:
HILL HARPER: In the last year, you got married and you've had a baby. Which has changed you more?
USHER: They're both linked—I can't have one without the other. But the one thing that changed me the most is having a wife. Our child is an extension of that union.
HARPER: Why?
USHER: Because now I represent what he is to become. He's gonna admire me, he's gonna look up to me. He's gonna say, "I wanna be"—or he should say—"I wanna be like my father. I wanna be a man of valor. I wanna possess what my father has as a man." To get married was a choice. To have a child is a responsibility.
